Homemade Vinaigrettes

ORANGE VINAIGRETTE
1 large orange, zested
1 large orange, juiced
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons honey
1 tsp minced raw garlic
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil or mediteranian oil

Place everything but oil in blender. Once blended slowly add oil.

OPTIONS:
In place of Orange use Blueberries (fresh or frozen), Strawberries, Grapefruit, Tangerines or combos (Blueberry/Lemon)
